Ingrid Pittana started her career in television production with Rome based television production company Sitcom S.p.A. after obtaining an Economics and International Relations degree from McGill University in Montreal. In her 5 years in Italy as a Film Executive she also worked at Grosvenor Park (DEFIANCE, LOVE IN THE TIME OF CHOLERA), as well as simultaneously managing production for Fernando Ghia (THE MISSION, NOSTROMO) and foreign film distribution in Italy for Solo Entertainment Group (HAUTE TENSION, THE EYE TRILOGY). In 2007 Ingrid moved to become Head of International Sales for animation company Rainbow S.p.A. (WINX CLUB: THE SECRET OF THE LOST KINGDOM) consolidating the company’s international presence. She later joined Munich based SquareOne Entertainment in October 2008, where she acquired and developed for film and television for a decade, before joining the Universal Pictures Content Group in London in 2019 as Director of Acquisitions and Productions.
