The Wallonia Export-Investment Agency (AWEX) develops and manages the international economic relations of Wallonia, the Southern region of Belgium. The agency, which employs more than 400 people, promotes the competitive advantages of Wallonia internationally. As a public administration, Wallonia-Brussels International (WBI) is responsible for the international relations of the Walloon Region and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, in Belgium.
