Fr d rique Macarez has been mayor of Saint-Quentin (Aisne) since January 2016, and vice-president of the Agglo du Saint-Quentinois in charge of economic development, higher education and robonum rique, an area in which the urban community is recognized as a territory of excellence. Fr d rique Macarez also sits on several boards of directors, such as Nord France Invest and Villes de France. She is a member of smart city stakeholder coalitions such as the OASC (Open and agile smart cities) or the TM Forum.
